Feel Good Fashion & Beauty Tips
I hope you’re enjoying the glorious sunshine we’ve had this week and looking forward to a long weekend! I’m off to Spain for a couple of days to reset and relax armed with some fantastic new reads.
I’m rounding up this week’s Feel Good Fashion & Beauty favourites from my content on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
The ultimate wedding guest outfit?! 😍
Well if it’s good enough for Kate Middleton it’s good enough for me! ⭐️
Thank you sooo much to the gorgeous ladies at Sass & Edge who came to my rescue last weekend and sorted out my last minute wardrobe crisis (typical example of a stylist who makes sure everyone else looks great without leaving enough time for her own outfit).
This Self Portrait beauty managed to make a lady of me for a very special lunch in aid of the Katie Piper Foundation earlier this week - and just happens to be perfect for Summer occasion dressing, whether it’s weddings, christenings, formal drinks or even very important interviews.
Everyone loves a figure-flattering peplum, and the lime green colour was super energising enabling me to fully enjoy my day - this classic style comes in a variety of styles and colours - go and check out Sass & Edge to see what else they have ✨
I teamed it with some trusty but uber-fabulous Terry De Havilland heels, my beautiful Soru Jewellery heart earrings and my new (also Kate Middleton-esq) Amelia Hunt London bag 🤩

Probably the comfiest heels ever.... ✨
Oh yes they are!! 💫💫
How utterly fabulous are these babies?! Terry De Havilland shoes are not adored by the fashion pack for nothing, not only are they utterly, utterly exquisite and fabulous, but they are incredibly comfortable as well, just perfect for dancing the night away if that's still your jam!
It won't surprise you to read that I have a wish list as long as my arm!
I'm debating which pair to keep - which one is your fave?

Mix print and pattern like a pro! 💫
Ahoy there fashion fans! Maximalism is in and it's all about combining layers, textures, accessories - and of course, your prints and patterns. If you've always admired this look but always been stumped about where to start - I've got your (patterned) back - here is my failsafe guide to print clash like a pro 👌🏼
✨Stick to a colour palette: Choose a colour palette and stick to it when mixing patterns and prints. This will help create a cohesive look.
✨ It's all about balance: Balance bold prints with more neutral or smaller-scale prints to create a harmony.
✨ Mix it up!: Why stick to one design when you can have 3! Mix different types of prints, such as stripes, florals, and polka dots, to add interest to your outfit.
✨Use a statement piece: Use a statement piece, like a bold-printed blazer or scarf, to anchor the rest of your garments.
✨Don't forget scale: Consider the scale of the prints when mixing patterns. Large prints can be paired with smaller prints for balance.
✨Add solids: Use solid pieces, like a neutral skirt or pants, to break up the patterns and create a more polished look.
✨Accessorise with pattern: Accessorise with patterned pieces, like a patterned scarf or printed handbag, to add a pop of pattern to your outfit.
✨Have fun: The most important thing is to have fun and be confident in your outfit choices. Don't be afraid to try new things and step outside your comfort zone!
Now go for it and have FUN! Don't take it (or yourself too seriously - if you love the results and feel great that's all that matters) - have fun getting creative with your wardrobes and tag me with your print clash looks on stories - I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Kate Middleton’s week in fashion part 2 👑
Here’s part 2 of this fashion deep dive into the meaning and makeup of Princess Catherine’s looks over the past week or so.
We had Kate’s visit to the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust wearing that sunny yellow LK Bennet blazer followed by the best named dress ever - the ‘flippy wiggle’ Suzannah London dress in a particular colour with a very special meaning.... ✨
Which one is your favourite? I’d love to know.

Dress of dreams my darlings! ✨
If you are looking for something floaty, feminine and oh so pretty for a special occasion this summer, then look no further than this beauty 😍
From the moment I opened the beautiful box and looked at the fabric it was literally love at first sight. I love how catches the light and moves.... can you tell I love it?!!
This Hayley Menzies dress is styled here with my new favourite Amelia Hunt London bag (yes it is a bit Kate Middleton, after the thousands of words I have written about her, she has totally rubbed off on me!) and my trusty - but totally fabulous Terry De Havilland heels - I'm slowly collecting these in every colour 🌈
If you love the fabric but not the shape, take a look at the rest of the Hayley Menzies collection, as there are several other stunning styles.
