This Weeks Fashion Favourites - Bold Brights and Colour Blocking Edition

Weekly fashion favourites of things I love - Curated by me for you to shop.

As voted for by you on Instagram

BOOM! Colour is back and you cannot escape from it! Dopamine dressing is the order of the day this season and both the high street and designer shops are bursting at the seams with joyful, colourful pieces to lift your complexion as well as your spirits. Here are some of my favourites…

Lilicras Dress by Cras

Orange and pink, it’s a clash made in heaven. This dress requires very little extra as it’s a statement in itself.

Team with paired back accessories and you’re all set for the wedding of the year.

Orange Ruched Skirt by Never Fully Dressed

Double orange, what’s not to love?! I think the styling is fabulous here and would do exactly as they have done for this shoot. Team it with hot pink sandals and a yellow bag - just dreamy. The pencil skirt works on so many body shapes, from strawberries to pears and it accentuates your curves. The sweater makes the look cool.

Soft Wool Striped Cardigan by Ganni

The perfect, cotton candy coloured update to any of your denim. Add your favourite converse and some bold chunky rings. Feel cute all day long.

Multitaski 70s kid heels by Christian Louboutin

Okay I know were getting pricey here but surely a dreamy colourful outfit deserves a rainbow pair of heels?! These have virtually every colour in them, making them the ultimate hard working hero wardrobe piece for this season. Pop them on, click your heels and catch compliments all day.

Pure Collection Loafers by Clarks

Something far more reasonably priced now but still absolutely gorgeous. I presented these on QVC this week and fell in love. The ultimate buttery soft leather, flattering almond shaped toe and versatile loafer. This dreamy suede mint colour screams spring time and will look absolutely beautiful intentionally clashed with a pair of powder blue trousers. Definitely worth snapping up.

Sterling Silver 'Grande' Aqua Turquoise Gemstone Adjustable Ring by Yaa Yaa London

It’s not just your clothing that can be colourful. Statement jewellery is a fab way to introduce it too. Let’s face it, if you’re going for some of the bold options in this edit, statement jewellery will at least be able to hold it’s own. Yaa Yaa London are the best for stunning, colourful gemstone creations that will pop no matter how vibrant your outfit is.

Orange Split Hem Flared Trousers by River Island

Just discovered these, I’m totally buying them to clash with pink or purple!

Jersey Side Stripe Trousers by M&S

Side stripe trousers are always a good idea because they elongate your legs and are super flattering. These look comfy too - bonus! I’m loving the powder blue, I’d team it with a grass green top for maximum colour clashing!

Cru Rainbow: Metallic Trainers by Air & Grace

Who can resist a rainbow? These trainers will ground any outfit and make the dressiest of dresses daytime appropriate. This brand is meant to be incredibly comfortable - Air and Grace are a fashionistas fave!

Green Tailored Suit by Zara

This shade of green is just divine. Zara’s tailoring is always very well cut and this suit is bang on trend with the lime green. It’s begging to be clashed with shades of pink and bright blue or, your could pair it back with neutrals like white and ivory to make it ‘more subtle’. If you’re are large busted, don’t be afraid of the double breasted suit, just make sure you size down so it doesn’t make you look bigger.

Pink Tie Neck Blouse by Mango

This is super pretty and feminine. As it’s a little bit sheer, try wearing it over a black bra, this used to be a fashion faux pas but it’s now very on trend and I love this look. If you’re larger busted wear it open, if you’re more athletic tie it up. This would look great with the orange trousers above!
