Did you know Sophia Alexia does swimwear now?! 😍
This is the stunning Tahiti Twist swimsuit in liquid rainbow - it’s uber-flattering, true to size, and hubby said it made my bum look great! 🍑
Oh and please don’t be fooled my fashionista friends - this may be a fabulous picture, but my bod is no way near as great as we have made it look in this shot. Thanks to my years of fashion shoots and celeb styling, I know EXACTLY how to sit and arch my back bit to hold my tummy in, hover my limbs away from my body so they appear slimmer, and stretch my legs out at a certain angle to make them look long.... it’s all an optical illusion (just like fashion really) and I adore crafting it, but it is not real.
For a little dose of reality swipe through to the video at the end to see a rather unflattering angle of implant extraction scars, etc etc.... plus a close up of the beautiful fabric of course.
Bottom line is, it’s my body, my vessel, and I treat it as well as I can and try to listen to whatever it’s trying to tell me but sometimes that loving connection gets a little patchy... such is life... which is far too short anyway... we move on....

Such a fun day - and a treat - yesterday taking part in a fashion shoot for Surrey Magazine organised by the uber-talented Surrey Frills duo ⚡️
It was sooooo lovely to hang out with old friends and make a heap of new ones too. This is my old friend photographer Yves de Contades doing his best to make me look glam when the weather, in particular the wind, had other ideas...
The gorgeous silk dress I'm wearing is by Bella Freud, is brand new, but available at a fraction of the price from @carolineswardrobe.1 - she has the most wonderful preloved boutique which is an absolute treasure trove and well worth checking out.

Help Me Help Them
Incase you don’t follow DASH Dogs directly, you might not know just how desperate they are for your help.
The shelter is facing really troublesome times at the moment. DASH recently had a huge influx of new animals, they owe the pet shop thousands in debt, and the dogs are currently surviving on just bread and rice, some days there is just no food for them at all.
This can’t go on. Please help us keep the charity going - without your support they can’t carry on doing the incredible work to save the lives of hundreds of dogs. It’s truly now or never - even if all you can donate is a couple of pounds it will all go towards saving the animals, and it helps!
