4 simple steps to glowing Winter skin... ❄️
It's January, most of us are still hibernating to some extent, and the last thing we want is a complicated makeup routine.
I'm working from home a lot this month, so I don't need to do full glam, but my pale winter complexion can be dull from the extremes of temperature... not to mention get a little pasty!
When I only have 2 minutes, these 4 products are my current faves. They are particularly great for dry skin - if you tend to veer towards combination or oily, I would switch out the foundation for something lighter and add the lightest dusting of powder ✨

January is the perfect month to shop your wardrobe, discover new clothing combinations and experiment with all the colour, to dopamine-dress your way through the greyest of days.
One of my favourite things to do if I've got a bit of time to is to style up pieces which on paper don't necessarily go together.... but in this case as you'll see, have a proper party when you do wear them as an outfit! 💫
I was surprised at how much I loved the red and blue together - and how the floral shirt brought the whole look together - a total styling win!

A Winter skin essential... ❄️

Give Tallow a go.... it’s what we used to use in those ‘olden days’... it’s so natural, pretty much identical to the oil and lipids in our own skin, making it way more hydrating than any chemical concoction or natural alternatives such as coconut oil etc.
It’s loaded with vitamins, antioxidants and fatty acids, making it super-nourishing, it’s non-comedogenic (it doesn’t block your pores) and is recommended for babies, nappy rash, dermatitis etc etc... 💫

New Year Tweakments with Dr Ivy!
I had the pleasure of catching up with met dear friend and talented aesthetician, Dr Ivy last week, as she refreshed my face for the Spring.
As always, she is a joy to visit, with simply the best advice and her very own face design technique, using tiny amounts of product for a very fresh-faced and natural effect, specialising in incredible skin (which is why she works on a lot of movie sets).

My father once very wisely said to me ‘there are drains and there are radiators, surround yourself with people who warm you up, not who suck the life out of you’.
This has stuck with me forever, and since I qualified as a law of attraction coach last year, resonates even more deeply 🌟
Be picky with everything you allow into your space, whether it’s the clothes you wear, people (family included), situations too - are they going to lift you up and help you live your best life, or bring you crashing down to bad habits, low moods and worse?
Protect your energy, it is sacred, and you deserve to be the very best version of you 🌸
Life is to darn short to compromise, if it’s not on your wavelength, let it vibrate right out of your field and make way for what’s meant for you.
Oh, and always - ALWAYS, make sure you love your outfit - that’s the difference between a good day and a fabulous one!! 💗
