It's not what we say or do... but how we FEEL - that's where the magic happens...
So if you are hurting, hiding pain or need to heal in anyway, confront it. Getting that shit out of your life, out of your fields, creates a vacuum, that the universe just can't wait to fill with wonderful things.
And on a far fluffier note.... taking time to make yourself LOOK good - ie; feel good fashion - changes how you FEEL - which also attracts more of the good stuff to you... 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
One of my favourite law of attraction books ever is the catchily titled 'Money & the law of attraction' by Esther & Jerry Hicks, I listen to it on repeat as we can always do with a reminder.

Barbie Behind The Scenes!
A little behind the scenes action from day 2 of what has turned out to be the Barbie Shoot of the decade! 💗
Proving unequivocally that I am most definitely not good at everything - nope, Roller blading.... or even retro Roller Booting... even if they are gold and gorgeous from Skatehut... I’m absolutely dreadful at it, to the point where Marmaduke was so concerned he literally jumped up and tried to save me. My devoted doggie is such a babe... 🐶
I’ll share more bts over the next few days, and of course shout out about it when it’s all out, but basically, I’m not sure if a gal can have any more fun than we’ve been having over the last couple of days, think pink, pink and then more pink - oh and everything extra! OTT sparkles anyone?! ✨
This divine pink sequin one-piece is from the amazing Nadine Merabi - it might look daunting to wear, but I can tell you this brand know how to cut their cloth! I’ve been lucky enough to wear several gorgeous pieces and I felt a million dollars in each of them, they suck you in in all the right places. All About Pink!
Yes, these feed will be unapologetically pink for the near future... I’ve fallen down a Barbie rabbit hole and I’ve fallen hard.... and I have to say, I’m totally loving it!! 💗🌸
This little number didn’t make the final edit, but it’s super fun and I had to share it with you all anyway. I’m wearing a 10, but I would recommend sizing down - possibly by 2 sizes.

If you've not been party to the Barbie Fever that's been sweeping the globe over the last week or so then you must be living on the moon!!
Barbie-inspired fashion is certainly having a moment, and it's hard not to get swept up in the drama, fun and frivolity of it all... it's a vibe, and I (you may have noticed) am loving it! ⭐️
Here's how to get in on the fashion action in style:
🌸 Think pink! It may sound obvious, and it's totally possible to 'do Barbie' without wearing this hue, but really, pink is where it's at, the brighter the better.
Did you know there is a shade of pink to suit all skin tones? Just pick a warmer or cooler-toned hue depending on which palette suits you - so now there's no excuse!
We love Barbie for being unapologetically fabulous, so let's borrow some of her unfaltering confidence and dress boldly - it will have a knock-on effect on the rest of our day! Wearing monochrome and wearing head to toe one colour is a speedy way to create a striking look and is super elongating and flattering too! 💫
Never ever leave the house under-accessorised! I'm not a fan of the matchy matchy look, but do do a quick jewellery, handbag, sunglasses check before you go about your day and make sure these are on point. Barbie knew how important these are to making an outfit zing, so let's pull all the stops out! 👛
If ever there was a time to colour clash, now is it! The Barbie vibe is loud and proud, but most of all FUN and it definitely doesn't take itself too seriously 🌈
Barbie understood that life was too short to wear boring outfits, and she was the Queen of dressing for the life you want with over 200 careers to her name so far and counting!
She told us to reach for our dreams and never to settle.
Now if that isn't a fashion icon, I don't know what is! ✨
