Be picky with everything you allow into your space, whether it's the clothes you wear, people (family included), situations too - are they going to lift you up and help you live your best life, or bring you crashing down to bad habits, low moods and worse?
Protect your energy, it is sacred, and you deserve to be the very best version of you 🌸
Life is to darn short to compromise, if it's not on your wavelength, let it vibrate right out of your field and make way for what's meant for you.
Oh, and always - ALWAYS, make sure you love your outfit - that's the difference between a good day and a fabulous one!! 💗

Met Gala - Creative Genius or Designer Disaster?! 🤔
A LOT went on last night - but compared to other years I just found it all a bit .... meh.... 🤷🏼♀️
The theme was Karl Lagerfeld, which meant the whole carpet was a sea of black and white... I just found the outfits a little too unimaginative and definitely lacking in colour! Too faithful a tribute perhaps?
Still, there were definitely a few standouts from the evening... JLO, Jodie Comer, Nocile Kidman and Kylie Jenner were some of my favourites - which were yours? 🌟
