Feel Good Fashion & Beauty Tips

Happy Friday! I hope you all had a brilliant week and a wonderful long Easter weekend - and are ready to relax (or party!) again. We have returned from an exciting girls trip to Disneyland Paris - I can’t wait to tell you all about it!

I’m rounding up this week’s Feel Good Fashion & Beauty favourites from my content on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.

My 2-Minute Daily Neck-Firming Routine 💫

Who wants a saggy neck?!! Not me!!! 🙅‍♀️

This Emma Hardie Lift & Sculpt Firming Neck Treatment is my new favourite way to (literally) give my neck the support is has been looking for.

Simply twist the cap to open, squeeze to dispense the product and gently roll up and down the neck.

Follow with a quick massage using upward strokes, then twist the cap to the off position, and use the inbuilt roller to sculpt and tone your face ✨

Quick, easy and effective! 👌🏼

Just read the reviews on this product to see for yourself how good it is: https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/emma-hardie

Breaking Coronation Fashion News! 👑

Ok, this is exciting!! ✨

I may have actually had my eyes on a real life, proper, official, Coronation invitation!!!

I can't reveal my sources... but I can reveal that I do now know the official guest dress code, which - of course, I am sharing with you. 🥰

So from this, we can expect guests to dress up as if they are going to a society wedding - rather than a sacred Royal religious ceremony... the ball gowns and tiaras will sadly have to stay amidst their mothballs...

Do remember though that this is only for the guests, not the senior members of the British Royal Family... I'm still stubbornly holding out for my tiara moment!

Time will tell!

So what do you think of this?

Is it the right move, considering the 'modern' age we live in, not to mention the current cost of living crisis?

Or were you holding out for all the pomp and ceremony and are feeling a bit dissapointed?

I'd love to know how you feel... let me know in the comments on Instagram ✨

Royal Easter Fashion Round Up 🐣👑

Didn't they all look lovely? 💐

Here's my take on the Royal Easter Fashion Parade at St George's Chapel in Windsor.

Kate Middleton looked striking in cobalt blue and gave us all a bit of a surprise with her red nails, breaking with previous Royal protocol.

King Charles looked dapper in polka dot and proved that real men wear pink. 💗

Camilla wore a sentimental brooch to mark a bittersweet occasion.

... and can we all take a moment to appreciate Sophie's hat?!!

Did you love it all as much as I did?!

"I'm too fat/skinny/old/curvy...... to wear that"!

You have no idea how many clients tell me this on a daily basis, and the fact is, they are absolutely wrong.

If an article of clothing doesn't suit you it's NOT YOU - it's the clothing!!

So many clients tell me they can't wear a particular item but the reality is simply that they haven't found the right item for them.

The cut is EVERYTHING - and is always the difference between a great outfit and a terrible one.

Just remember - there is nothing wrong with you - you just haven't found the best fit yet.

Our Trip To Disneyland Paris

A little snapshot of our girls trip to Disney Paris this week! ✨✨

We had 3 jam-packed days there, and have come back absolutely exhausted! 🤣 BUT the big kid in me had soooo much fun - even the rain didn't ruin it!

I've shared all my top tips on stories and created a story highlight for you in case you are planning on going yourself - and I'll leave a few of my recommendations here ✨

WEAR: layers!! It was unbelievably chilly for April, but the weather kept changing - I layered up in my Uniqlo thermals which went on and off quicker than.... (I'll leave you to fill in the blanks) - also their slimline puffa gilet was a lifesaver as it will easily fit over a sweater and under a jacket.

We bought fantastic waterproof rain ponchos before we left the UK which - as it pissed it down - were also life savers! 🙌🏼 You can get yours here: https://amzn.to/405Aewh

The comfiest shoes you possess! Do not underestimate the foot burn, it's full-on and insane! Make sure your toe nails are freshly clipped (yes I went there) and carry plasters just in case.

FOOD: The biggest bugbear for me - I like to eat well to stay well, and I really struggled to find anything that wasn't deep fried and fruit and veg were virtually non-existent. To boot, you are utterly captive and it all costs a fortune. On the plus side, they do let you bring your own into the parks which is great - I wish I had been more organised with this.
We got very excited when we found a Pret in Disney Village on the last day - it's in the train station and serves tasty salads you can take in 🥗

RELAX: There is literally so much to do and the moment you accept that you are never going to manage it all the better. Get into the queuing mentality as there's plenty of that, relinquish control and let your inner child marvel at the Disney magic. The Premier passes are worth it, as you cut wait times down by a fraction, but be selective and only use them for the rides you really want to do. Magic hours and the evenings while the parades are on are great times to beat the lines.

FAVES: We loved Thunder Mountain (old school rollercoaster that didn't go upside down), Pirates of the Carribean, Tower of Terror and Ratatouille - the Fireworks were definitely worth staying up for and the Mickey the Magician was excellent and rivalled any West End Show.
