Happy Friday!
What a wonderful week it has been - I took you behind the scenes at a star studded gala I was honoured to be a part of, on International Women’s Day I shared a special woman in my life who continues to inspire me daily, and told you all about the the must know fashion trends of the season!

Together For Short Lives Gala with Simon Cowell and OK Magazine
What a night! ⭐️
Thanks to my fabulous friend Katie Brindle for inviting me to such an incredible, star-studded Gala hosted by the one and only Simon Cowell and OK Magazine in aid of Together For Short Lives - the most incredible charity who support the families of children with terminal illnesses through the hardest times imaginable.
I felt like a Glamazon in my incredible Hayley Menzies dress and the most comfortable heels by Terry De Havilland - highly recommended - thanks to my squad Olivia Todd Makeup and Nick Rose Artistry for making me feel so fabulous 🤩
I spent the night in the best company, sharing a table with Ateh Jewel, Victoria Woodall, Mira Manek, Aaron Collins-Thomas, and the lovely Trevor & Roy of Dog Daddies fame 🐶
The funniest moment of the evening had to be when Peter Andre hijacked our table (and Trevor) from which to perform one of his songs - laughs all round! The rumours are true if you are wondering - truly one of the nicest men in the biz 🎤
I stayed at The Ned London which is just around the corner from the venue, and if you haven't been there yet, is definitely worth a special trip. Fantastic hotel, set in the old Midland Bank building, with fabulous facilities and super service - stick it on your vision board, you won't be disappointed! 💫

International Women’s Day 2023
Well if you haven’t been kidnapped this week - in which case you probably won’t be reading this - you’ll be aware that 8th March is International Women’s Day, dedicated to inspirational women all over the world 🌷
I was recently asked which woman inspires me in my life, and at first I mentally flicked through all my previous teachers, mentors, family members and a few female superstars, and then I realised - there was one woman who stands head and shoulders above the rest ⭐️
This woman is the most selfless woman I know, leaving behind a comfortable, sometimes glamorous life, and giving over her entire existence to caring for others.
Katerina will do anything to help each of the thousands of starving and abused dogs of Greece, never turning away a soul in need despite being desperately short of resources in the first place 🐶
She is full of kindness, humility, humour and courage, and despite literally living in the equivalent of a war zone every day (and the few of you that have visited the shelter understand exactly how tough things really are) still finds the time to ask and genuinely care about how our family are all doing here in England, while we are living a life of absolute luxury by comparison.
She puts herself last, feeding everyone else, dogs and humans first, she long ago gave up her own bed for the sickest dogs at DASH, allowing them to sleep in comfort while she is on the floor, she goes out in all conditions day and night to rescue, sometimes goes through terrifying ordeals from certain people who have an agenda to stop her fantastic work in its tracks- and will literally keep going no matter what, sometimes not even acknowledging some significant injuries that she may have picked up along the way.
Katerina, you have taught me and my family so much. You always complain about your appearance whenever I see you, but to me, you are the most beautiful woman I know ✨
What you deal with on a daily basis makes the troubles of our lives seem like mere trifles. I feel honoured to know you, and so grateful that my two children have you as the best possible role model - and Aunty - in their lives.
Your work is awe-inspiring, as are you.

I made it to Mecca! London fashion Mecca that is!!
If like me, you know the power and ease of a 'really great frock' then this amazing home grown brand needs to be on your radar for whenever you need something special.
Camilla has been designing for years, and specialises in really beautiful prints (as soon as you peep inside the shop you are assaulted with the most wonderful riot of gorgeous pattern and colour) - and what's also really great is that she cuts for the real woman.
This used to be a fashionistas well-kept secret but thanks to Camilla's incredible creations being seen on celebrities and Royals aplenty, it's not really a secret anymore, but you still get a very personal service when you visit the shop with Camilla taking lots of time to chat you through everything and arrange alterations if necessary - which in my case it was.
