We have had a lovely, super quiet few days here in the mountains in Spain, a genius parenting move was to confiscate both teens phones on the first day, which has meant they have managed to utter words with more than one syllable, and we’ve actually had family conversations - how novel!!!
The weather has been unusually cool for Andalusia, but we have enjoyed hiding away in our little slice of paradise and soothing our souls, ready for the next manic few weeks.

This reel is an oldie, filmed here in Spain a couple of years ago after a particularly nasty Lyme relapse... but I put myself back together, step by step and am now stronger and wiser for it.

Facts About Me
In the spirit of keeping it very real on here, here are some little-known facts about me 💫
My first career was in Acting, I played Sandy in Grease, Lady M and Peter Pan in panto - I 'flew' and one day my sword broke and catapulted into the audience 🗡️
I was a terrible 'corpser' getting the giggles at the wrong moment on stage, I always loved it when things went wrong in a live show and you had to carry on.. I have many funny stories I still dine out on 😂
I have always loved animals, I grew up in the Gloucestershire countryside and used to volunteer to help at my local dairy farm so I could cuddle the cows 🐮
In my late teens, I remember snogging my boyfriend in a field with my eyes closed.. when I opened them, we were surrounded by nosey cows who had come to get a better look!
If I had one wish, it would be to talk to animals.
I am super-sensitive, which I used to see as a curse, feeling everything more deeply, but now I see it as a superpower.
Ever since I was small, I have always been drawn to the bright lights of London, it's still my favourite city in the world ✨
In between acting jobs, I worked as a guide on a London Bus Tour- the history was absolutely fascinating but with my acting background I have trained my brain to learn very quickly (scripts) then dump it... so I cannot remember a thing!
I married my soulmate, Justin. We challenge each other and grow together every day, things haven't always been smooth, but that's how we have evolved. He is my absolute rock 💗
Justin is my second husband. I took a gap year to Canada aged 19 and had the most wonderful time living on Vancouver Island, everyone said I would 'meet a Mounty' and I did... I got married far too young in my early 20s. I knew I was making a mistake as I walked down the aisle, but I had a fabulous frock on and was looking forward to the party, so I went through with it.
Sometimes I feel like I'm 'Jack of all trades, master of none' and this is the same in my career and on here... I love turning my hand to lots of things... Celebrity Styling, Royal Fashion, TV, my column in The Daily Mail, wellness tips, and Feel Good Fashion, my Podcast.. and soon a Crystal side hustle!! I probably would have grown more quickly had I stuck to one thing... but it's all so much fun, I don't want to restrict myself to one thing...
Every day I am humbled by you deciding to follow me, and am so grateful for your support and encouragement over the years. I see having a platform like this as an honour and privilege and hope that by keeping things as real as possible I can use it for good 🙏🏼
